Brief Introduction:
Gudun FS concrete light absorbing and enhancing agent is a material specially used for concrete light absorbing. It is a chemical substance that can react with lime (calcium hydroxide) in cement. After the two come into contact and react, calcium silicate hydrate is formed, which transforms useless lime in cement into useful cement slurry. The mud on the surface of concrete increases and the quality improves, and the holes on the surface of concrete can be quickly closed without watering. And it can delay the evaporation of surface moisture in concrete, thereby preventing the loss of moisture. It is mainly used for smoothing and finishing newly cast concrete, making the surface of the concrete smoother (like smoothing on a cream surface), and achieving a smoother, more impermeable, and wear-resistant concrete surface effect by producing calcium silicate hydrate paste.

1. Exemption from light sprinkling:
(1) Exempting the step of watering the concrete during the finishing process, firmly locking in the moisture in the concrete, and extending the finishing time of the concrete surface (by about 15 to 45 minutes). By enhancing the slurry, it can make the finishing operation more convenient, the concrete surface more lubricated, and thus greatly improve the finishing efficiency;
(2) Fundamentally prevent the occurrence of discoloration in colored concrete, as light harvesting and watering can cause discoloration and color matching problems in the concrete. 2. Slow setting and anti cracking: The solid shield fluid FS can be completely integrated with the concrete, maintaining the overall unity of the concrete. Due to its excellent water locking performance, it prolongs the curing time, especially in harsh weather conditions (such as strong winds, high temperatures, dryness, exposure to sunlight, etc., where the surface has been blown dry and the bottom is still soft, especially in embossed art flooring where cracking occurs immediately upon pressing). It can delay the drying and forming process of the concrete surface, maintain the consistency of the concrete solidification degree (especially outdoors, due to the uncontrollable nature of sunlight exposure, some may be exposed to the same sunlight, while others may not, resulting in significant differences in the solidification degree of the concrete surface), and effectively reduce the occurrence of cracking.

Anti permeability and anti fouling:

3、 Usage method of FS light harvesting enhancer for solid shield solution:
1. Spray type spraying is used on the surface, about 5 square meters/kg;
2. When the concrete is just laid and scraped, spray the solid shield solution FS on the surface of the concrete. Through the physical action of a large trowel, evenly push the solid shield solution FS into the surface of the concrete (lift the slurry, quickly collect the holes, and prevent moisture loss);
3. When the concrete surface is about to set and finish, spray the solid shield solution FS again and finish the work at the same time. When polished, the surface of the concrete becomes smoother, just like when polished on cream.
