2: Do not spray paint when the wind speed is above level 5, and avoid spraying when it is below 5 degrees or above 35 degrees.

3: Construction spraying cannot be carried out on rainy days. When the temperature exceeds 35 degrees, it can be sprayed with clean water to wet the base surface before construction. After construction, it should be cured in a timely manner.

4: Spray the permanent curing liquid DPS evenly without missing or re spraying, as repeated spraying may cause water marks on the concrete structure.

5: Spraying should be done from left to right and from bottom to top.

6: When plugging the leak, it is necessary to open the crack into a V-shaped groove, rinse the groove clean before spraying DPS, and then mix DPS with cement to repair it in a semi dry state.

A: Before starting the work, clean up the floating slurry and cement residue left on the overall work template, scaffolding, and base surface. Cut off the steel bars in the through wall screw holes of the upstream wall and fill and compact them with quick setting cement.

4、 Construction method

Special case handling:

If there are stains on the surface of the base layer, they should be cleaned thoroughly and ensure that honeycomb, cracks, etc. are repaired. For pipes, embedded parts, construction joints, internal and external corners that pass through the concrete layer, spray them with DPS first, cover them with cement mortar, and then spray them again. If the crack is larger than 0.3mm, open a U-shaped groove of more than 3CM at the crack, spray DPS once first, and then use cement mortar or other repair materials to repair the crack.

If the temperature is above 35 ℃ under the scorching sun, please spray water to cool down first, and then spray the material in a semi dry state.

6. Avoid contact between the product and eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water in a timely manner.

7. If frozen, it can be used normally after melting.
